Can you imagine every man’s eyes light up at a proper Chicken Parmigiana being passed around at a gathering? Bite sized of course, these will be a hit, and look absolutely stunning.
Next we are going to make a proper Guacamole, Chargrill Prawns the way they’re meant to be cooked and make a gorgeous hand around appetizer that is so moorish, you won’t be able to stop at one.
I always like to have different cooking methods when I cook for a gathering and these Filo Fetta Bites are just the thing for they are baked in the oven and theres something gorgeous about the crunchy pastry and the soft and salty fetta.
Don’t forget about dessert! Mini Lemon Meringue Tarts are some of the best desserts as the tangy Lemon curd is perfect for refreshing your pallet.
Finally this is hands down the most devoured dessert I’ve served at a gathering. It whips up in no time, tastes amazing and can be served in numersou ways.
Did I also mention we’re going to make salted caramel from scratch as well. I really hope to see you in this class, it’s a food lovers delight!
Probably best to wear stretchy pants for this class.
