In just 4 hours, we’re going to create an amazing British Feast, starting with Individual Beef Wellingtons, a tender and comforting Lancoshire Hot Pot,
Yorkshire Pudding with Onion Gravy, Roasted Parsnips, mushy peas and finally for dessert, Sticky toffee Pudding.
Come and join me for this delicious feast where I share all the hints and tips to recreate these at your home.

The Post and Rail is a Cooking & Gardening School located at 7 Bill James Court Compton, on a 5 picturesque acre property. In a normal home kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience. Please allow an extra 10 mins travel time from the centre of Mount Gambier.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, Tea or proper Coffee, freshly baked morning tea on arrival and their own apron to wear for the duration of the class, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
