Brand new class. We’re making confit of Duck which is absolutely delicious and simple to make.
We’re also going to make a sensational Roasted Vegetable and Whipped Fetta Terrine which not only looks incredible, but is a favor sensation.
We’re going to make Baguettes from scratch, a Caramelised Onion Tart Tatin.
To finish the feast, we’ll make (and eat) Raspberry Souffle
This is a definite food lovers’ class and I can’t wait to share these recipes and this delicious meal with you. It would be a good idea to wear stretchy pants to this class…… You may want a snooze after this.

The Post and Rail is a Cooking & Gardening School located at 7 Bill James Court Compton, on a 5 picturesque acre property. In a normal home kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience. Please allow an extra 10 mins travel time from the centre of Mount Gambier.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, freshly baked morning tea, Tea or proper Coffee and their own apron to wear for the duration of the class, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
