In this 4-hour class, we are going to prepare and create an epic feast, all over an open fire.
To kick things off we’re going to make Braised Lamb with Rosemary, Ale and Seasonal Vegetables. It’s deliciously heart-warming and total comfort food.
Have you ever been game enough to bake bread in your camp oven? I have some great tips for getting the perfect bread. This will go oh so well with the Lamb dish.
We’re also going to make my favourite - Chilli Beef topped with Cheddar and Herb Cornbread to really liven things up. This one is sure to be a family favourite and good for using what you have.
To complete our culinary selection, we’re going to put a colourful and delicious Paella over the coals as well. This is one of my favourite dishes and can be tweaked to your own liking of meats or fish.
And for dessert, we’re going to be making cinnamon scrolls with the most delicious vanilla milk icing to generously anoint it with after it’s cooked.
It’s going to be an epic day of outdoor cooking …… you may need stretchy pants for this one!
