In this class we’re going to gingerbread men, the quintisessentail Christmas treat. We’re also going to bake delicious Florentines. Fleur de sel Caramels are a big favourite of mine and are akin to Werther’s originals.
We’re going to make Christmas Pudding in a jar using a preserving method. This keeps the pudding for months and is easy to make and absolutely delicious and rustic to eat it from the jar…… which is what we’re going to do! Of course we’ll have to make proper Brandy Custard to go with it.
For our savoury part of the day we are going to make individual Cobb Loaves. A new thing in my repertoire and I can’t wait to share this with you!
