I love painting kookaburras against a peach sky—it makes those beautiful blues stand out. To me, this one is a teenager, perched with a curious expression and still learning the ways of a kookaburra. His fluffy head and richly patterned feathers give him plenty of character, with a whole world yet to discover.
Every painting is hand-wrapped by me with a handwritten note — a piece of my studio sent straight to your home.
Original painting 40 × 50cm wide Acrylic on Canvas
