Imagine deciding on Vietnamese food for dinner and being able to whip it up yourself in no time.

By the end of this class, you’ll be enjoying my simple methods of cooking that can bring an incredible meal to the table in no time.

We’re going to make Bao Buns from scratch and to complete this dish we’ll make Crispy Chicken, a zingy slaw and a Spicy Sauce to complete the dish.

We’re also going to make the most popular and heartwarming soup called Pho (pronounced Fur) It’s a beef stock based dish with all the condiments to make your taste buds sing.

I’m excited to make Vietnamese Egg Rolls, like a good spring roll, deep fried, crispy, savoury and delish! Whilst we’re making these, we will also whip up a dessert, using apples, berries and the spring roll pastry.

This incredible feast will all happen within 4 hours and the best part is the eating at the end. I can’t wait to share these cooking methods with you.

I also email you the recipes from the day so you can have a reminder of all the things that we’ve learnt.
