A Vietnamese Feast 02/07/26

$185.00

This class has become a bit legendary — and every single time it’s released, it disappears fast.

If you’ve ever wished you could recreate those fresh, flavour-packed Vietnamese dishes you crave when eating out, this class is going to completely change your kitchen game.

Think crackling pork belly, fragrant broths, crispy textures, fresh herbs, warm fluffy bao buns and zingy sauces that taste like they’ve come straight from your favourite Vietnamese eatery.

The best part? Once you learn the techniques, you’ll realise just how achievable it all actually is.

Imagine casually whipping up homemade Bánh Mì or steaming fresh bao buns for friends and family and looking like an absolute superstar in the kitchen.

In this immersive four-hour class we’ll create:

• Handmade Bao Buns from Scratch
• Crispy Chicken with Vibrant Slaw & Spicy Sauce
• Traditional Pho — the comforting Vietnamese broth everyone falls in love with
• Authentic Bánh Mì including homemade bread rolls and crispy pork belly

This class is packed with simple but game-changing cooking techniques that will instantly elevate your confidence in the kitchen, whether you’re a complete beginner or already love to cook.

Bring your best friend, your husband, your sister or come along on your own for a delicious day filled with incredible food, relaxed conversation and plenty of laughs around the table.

And as always, the reward at the end is sitting down together to enjoy the feast we’ve created.

I cannot wait to cook this one with you.
