Sourdough - Next Level 12/04/26
Sourdough, but make it next level.
To me, the magic of sourdough isn’t just bread. It’s learning how to weave your starter into so many other beautiful, nourishing, flavour-packed creations — for the health benefits, yes, but even more for the taste. Whether you’re already making sour dough or haven’t started yet, this class will help all levels.
In this immersive, hands-on class, we’ll push sourdough well beyond the loaf. We’ll make sourdough pasta (oh yes — silky, delicious, and utterly addictive), bagels from scratch, a fragrant fruit loaf studded with sultanas and warming cinnamon, a stunning botanical focaccia, and finally a sourdough naan so good it will quickly become a staple — and can easily transform into homemade pizzas.
This is the moment many people fall properly, hopelessly in love with sourdough. Once you realise just how versatile and rewarding it is, there really is no turning back… and why would you want to?
We’ll cook, taste, learn, and enjoy the process together — sharing stories, techniques, and plenty of “aha” moments along the way.
