There’s no previous experience necessary for this class. The preserves we make aren’t just jams and sauces.

These are THE showstoppers of the preserves and the secret ingredients!

We’ll make a timeless Tomato Chutney, Dill Pickled Zucchini (tastes just like Gherkins), Worcestershire Sauce from scratch, Strawberry Jam or Mulberry Jam if I can get my hands on some Mulberries. Feel free to reach out if you have a surplus of fruit or veg to bring and we can incorporate it into the class.

You get to take these preserves home to start stocking your pantry and you get all the recipes from the day.

I can’t wait to share these methods with you. They’re so quick and easy. We’ll complete all preserves in four hours, with plenty of time to sit down together at the end of the class to enjoy a sample of our preserves with a delicious ploughman’s lunch, complete with fresh bread and cheeses. We also have a glass of my families wine or home made lemon squash with out lunch. I cannot wait to enjoy this day with you!
