A Morrocan Feast Evening Class 16/07/26

$185.00

Moroccan Feast Cooking Class @ The Post & Rail

Step into the warmth and magic of a Moroccan kitchen for an evening filled with fragrant spices, slow cooked goodness and beautiful shared food.

This hands-on cooking class is all about gathering around the table, learning simple and flavour-packed cooking techniques and creating a feast designed to be lingered over.

Together we’ll create a delicious Moroccan-inspired menu including:

• Slow Cooked Chicken Tagine with almonds, dates and warm spices.
• Handmade Msemen Flatbreads
• Warm Cous Cous Salad with Roast Vegetables, Herbs & Preserved Lemon
• Mint Yoghurt & Harissa
• Honey & Cinnamon Filo Cigars with Pistachios

As the aromas of cinnamon, cumin, citrus and slow cooked spices fill the old Cobb & Co building, we’ll cook, laugh, learn and then sit down together to enjoy the feast we’ve created.

Bring your best friend, your sister, your husband, your cousin, your mum, your aunty — or simply come along on your own and meet some beautiful like-minded people around the table. Some of the loveliest friendships have started in these classes over a glass of wine and a shared meal.

This class is relaxed, immersive and full of beautiful cooking inspiration you’ll be excited to recreate at home.
