We’re going to create 5 mouth-watering Mexican dishes, all from scratch, and end the day by feasting and enjoying an amazing meal together.
We’re going to start by making Beef Empanadas. Golden, crispy, flaky pastry encasing beautifully spiced beef that will make perfect little bite-sized mouthfuls.
We’re also going to make Mexican Chicken in Adobo Sauce. A gorgeous, rich sauce that is packed full of flavour and utterly delicious. We’ll also whip together a fresh, gorgeous little Mexican salsa - Pico de Gallo.
Next up is Elote. A Mexican Street Corn that ticks all the boxes - creamy, charred and sweet. A definite crowd pleaser and sure to become a family favourite. (this was the surprising class favourite last time)
Last but not least, we’re going to make one of the best desserts. Churros with a real hot chocolate that is also the perfect dipping sauce. Y.U.M. Lots and lots of hot chocolate!
At the end of the day, we’ll laden the table with our colourful creations and feast on them together. So, bring a loved one or two, or come along on your own, and enjoy this class with me.
