Saturday 31st August 10am-2pm (SA Time) - $165 per person.

In this 4-hour cooking class, we’re going to create 4 epic dishes.

First up will be Chicken Tikka Masala. A firm family favourite, this dish is rich, creamy, beautifully spiced and utterly delicious!

The second curry we’re going to make Mutter Paneer - We are even going to make the Paneer (indian cheese) from scratch.

The next dish is something I really get excited about. A beautiful Dahl made with fresh, seasonal vegetables from the garden. It’s a dish that is perfect for vegetarians, incredibly healthy, a quick and easy “go to” dish and totally delicious too.

You can’t have Indian food without Garlic Naan, so we had better make some of that as well. Plus a refreshing Raita. Oooh, we are going to be feasting well in this class!

Last but not least, to accompany our beautiful feast is the Mango Lassi. Classic and delicious.

Indian cuisine is a true taste-sensation, and I can’t wait to share these recipes with you and feast together at the end of our day.
