Gluten Free Deliciousness 18/07/26

$185.00

I’ve been encouraged by many of you to put this class on. I am not gluten free myself but I love a lot of people that are gluten free and so I try to have a good understanding of what I can and can’t swap. Over the years, I’ve honed in some great methods of creating delicious food, so good that you wouldn’t know it’s gluten free.

I have some amazing recipes that will totally surprise you how easy they are to make and you’ll never have to miss out on the good foods again!

First we are going to make and nail a good scone. From scratch and without any fuss. Actually it’s only 2 ingredients and it’s delicious and light and fluffy.

Next we are going to make a cracker recipe and it’s also my naan or flat bread recipe. There’s a secret ingredient to add to this that makes the dough flexible and springy and now that I think of it, it is also the recipe I use for fresh pasta, so I’m thinking we should just make all three.

And finally, it can be done and it’s every bit as good, if not better than the normal version - yes Vanilla Slice from scratch, gluten free and insanely good. Never miss out on the good stuff again!

I can’t wait for this one.

(a little disclaimer, the kitchen and area and utensils will be cleaned but the kitchen and oven will have cooked foods with gluten in it so if you’re coeliac and extremely sensitive you should keep this in mind. xx)
