Fresh Pasta Master Class- Evening- 27/08/26

$185.00

Fresh Pasta Masterclass @ The Post & Rail

This is not your average pasta class.

Think vibrant coloured pasta, silky ribbons, incredible fillings and the kind of handmade dishes that make people stop mid-bite and say, “You MADE this?!”

In this luxe evening class, we’re diving into the art of fresh pasta making with beautiful techniques, bold flavours and a little bit of creative magic along the way.

You’ll learn how surprisingly achievable fresh pasta can be once you understand a few simple methods — and after this class, dinner at your place may never be the same again.

Together we’ll create:

• The Viral Spiral Ravioli
• Beetroot Pasta with Meredith Goats Cheese
• Creamy Garlic Prawn Tagliatelle
• Crispy Crumbed Apple Ravioli with Butterscotch Sauce (a kind of happy accident)

This class is playful, creative and deeply hands-on — perfect for complete beginners through to confident home cooks wanting to expand their repertoire and learn a few seriously impressive techniques.

Bring your bestie, your husband, your sister or come along on your own and spend the evening immersed in flour-covered benches, beautiful food, good wine and lots of laughter around the table.

And as always, the best part comes at the end when we sit down together to enjoy the feast we’ve created.

5pm – 8pm (SA Time)
Thursday evening 27th August 2026

@ The Post & Rail
58 Riddoch Street, Penola SA 5277

Your ticket includes a complimentary glass of wine from my family’s vineyard to enjoy with the meal we create together.

All recipes from the evening will be emailed to you afterwards so you can confidently recreate everything at home.

This one is going to be incredibly fun — and absolutely delicious.
