A French Feast 29/08/26

$185.00

French cooking has a reputation for being complicated, but the truth is, once you understand a few beautiful techniques, it becomes surprisingly achievable — and incredibly impressive.

This luxe menu class is designed to simplify classic French cooking into approachable methods you can confidently recreate at home for family dinners, long lunches or the kind of meal that leaves your guests convinced you’re an absolute genius in the kitchen.

Whether you’re a complete beginner wanting to build confidence in the kitchen, or someone who already loves cooking and wants to refine a few beautiful techniques, this class is designed to feel relaxed, achievable and inspiring.

Together we’ll create a refined French-inspired menu while learning the foundations behind rich sauces, silky textures, balance and flavour layering that make French food feel so special.

On the menu:

• Chicken Dijon & Tarragon Terrine with Pistachio
• Roasted Vegetable Galette
• Duck Confit with Sour Cherry Sauce
• Crème Brulee with Berry Compote (oh yes we get the blow torch out)

Bring your best friend, your husband, your sister or come along on your own for an indulgent day of good wine, conversation and unforgettable food.

10am - 2pm (SA Time) Saturday 29th August 2026
@ The Post & Rail
58 Riddoch Street, Penola SA 5277

Your ticket includes a complimentary glass of wine from my family’s vineyard to enjoy with the meal we create together.

All recipes from the day will be emailed to you afterwards so you can confidently recreate everything at home.

A truly beautiful day for lovers of good food and French farmhouse charm.
