Dinner and Dahlias Workshop 31/01/26

$185.00

Are you in love with Dahlias yet?
A couple of years ago, I fell head over heels for these swoon-worthy, generous blooms — and I’ve never looked back. Dahlias are abundant, rewarding, and surprisingly easy to grow, flowering again and again right through the season. Once they have you, there’s no escape.

After hosting this very evening recently — and watching it book out quickly — I knew it had to return. It was one of those nights. The kind that lingers. Sisters came together, mums and daughters shared stories, best friends laughed over wine, and hands were busy creating the most beautiful dahlia bouquets. The room glowed with connection, creativity and joy.

So here it is again.
An intimate evening of seasonal food, flowers and good company. We’ll begin with creating lush bouquets using dahlias and other garden beauties I have growing then we enjoy a delicious, thoughtfully prepared dinner. You’ll learn, create, eat, drink and leave feeling utterly spoiled with a beautiful big bouquet that you just made.

Bring a bestie, your mum, daughter, sister, auntie — or come solo and make new friends. You’ll be warmly welcomed.

You had me at dahlias…
No wait — you had me at dinner. 😉

$185 per person Friday evening 27th March 5pm - 8pm SA Time.
Includes dinner and a complimentary glass of wine from my family’s vineyard, homemade lemon squash, or a delicious gin with homemade tonic.

Spaces are limited — and if last time was anything to go by, they won’t last long 🌸

A delightful and delicious class of Dahlia growing tips and propagation techniques combined with how to arrange large and small bouquets in addition to the many other cut flower varieties of plants I have. You’ll take home some Dahlia seeds from my garden, plus your bouquets.

We will also go through the various methods or flower arranging and learn how to finish them off with paper wrapping and florist bows.

We will end the evening with something seasonal from the garden for dinner, served platter style and relax surrounded by our beautiful bouquets sipping my family’s wine or enjoying a Gin and tonic or home made lemon squash.
