A Korean Feast 26/04/26

$185.00

Korean Kitchen – Bold Flavours & Street Food Favourites

Korean food is vibrant, bold and wonderfully satisfying — the kind of cooking that fills the kitchen with incredible aromas and the table with dishes made for sharing.

In this hands-on class we’ll explore some of Korea’s most loved flavours, learning how sweet, spicy, salty and umami come together to create dishes that are deeply comforting and incredibly delicious.

Together we’ll make Korean Fried Chicken with its famously crispy coating and irresistible sweet-spicy glaze. We’ll also cook Pajeon, the much-loved Korean spring onion pancake — golden, savoury and perfect dipped into a tangy soy dipping sauce.

No Korean kitchen would be complete without kimchi, so we’ll also make a quick fresh kimchi that captures all the punchy flavour of this iconic dish without the long fermentation.

To finish on a sweet note, we’ll prepare Yakgwa, traditional Korean honey and ginger cookies that are delicately spiced and soaked in a fragrant syrup.

This class is relaxed, hands-on and full of flavour — the kind of cooking that’s just as joyful to make as it is to eat. Come hungry and ready to discover the magic of Korean cooking.
