A Japanese Feast 20/09/26

$185.00

Japanese food has a wonderful way of being both comforting and exciting all at once. From crispy golden cutlets and delicate dumplings to savoury pancakes and cloud-like desserts, this class is a celebration of some of Japan's most loved dishes.

In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to create an incredible Japanese feast completely from scratch, while discovering the techniques and flavours that make this cuisine so special.

Together we'll make:

• Chicken Katsu Don with perfectly cooked rice, rich Japanese curry sauce and all the tips you need to recreate this comforting favourite at home
• Traditional Okonomiyaki – Japan's famous savoury pancake – complete with homemade plum sauce and silky Kewpie-style mayonnaise
• Pork Gyoza (Japanese dumplings) from scratch, learning how to fill, fold and cook them to perfection
• Fluffy Japanese Soufflé Pancakes – light, airy and guaranteed to impress

As always at The Post & Rail, we'll spend the day cooking, learning, sharing stories and then sit down together to enjoy the delicious feast we've created.

Whether you're already a lover of Japanese cuisine or simply curious to learn something new, this class promises a fun, flavour-filled day that will leave you inspired to bring a little taste of Japan into your own kitchen.
