What You’ll Master:

The Soul of Osaka: Authentic Okonomiyaki
Okonomi-what? You'll learn the secrets to this savory Japanese pancake—a surprising ingredient- cabbage-filled canvas for the two distinctive, umami-rich sauces that provide that iconic sweet-savory tang. This is flexible, fun, and a true crowd-pleaser that everyone will adore.

Pork Dumpling Perfection: From Scratch & Easier Than You Think
Forget frozen; homemade dumplings are a revelation. We'll show you the simple folding and cooking techniques that result in perfectly tender on the inside, crispy on the outside pork dumplings (gyoza), complete with a simple yet addictive dipping sauce. They're perfect for entertaining and so quick it can even be a week night staple and easier than you imagine.

The Golden Duo: Crispy Chicken Katsu Curry Don
A family favorite that delivers comfort in every bite. This segment covers three essential elements:

  • Achieving that perfectly crispy, golden-fried chicken (Katsu).

  • Mastering the rich, aromatic, and deeply flavorful Japanese curry sauce.

You'll be surprised how easily this dish comes together using ingredients you likely already have in your pantry.

A Cloud on a Plate: The Secret to the high walled Pancakes (Dessert)
Prepare for a dessert that defies gravity. We will reveal the special technique to create those gorgeous, super-fluffy, incredibly tall Japanese pancakes. They are light, airy, and the perfect, delicate finale to our feast.
