A Perfect Recipe for Cold Days

This Citrus Tea will give you a boost, wake you up and help your immune system.

Recipe & Method:

Slice a Lemon, Tangelo or Washington Navel Orange, or a Lime and bruise the leaf of a Kaffir Lime.

Add to your glass along with any juice that you can squeeze from the leftover fruit and top with boiling water.

Feel free to add whatever else takes your fancy. Mint is delicious and a few slices of ginger will also be great.

It’s a serious punch in the face of flavour and can really give you a zesty boost particularly after lunch and the house is warm and you just want to curl up on the couch and snooze……but you’ve got work to do.

So make this tea and get to it! xx Cindy
