Easy Granola

No need to beat around the bush, the recipe is below and is perfect for all the part packets lurking around in your cupboard. It tastes amazing and it will spoil you from buying it.

6 cups oats (quick or whole)

1 cup flaked almonds

1/2 cup LSA

1 cup almond meal Any seeds and nuts you have in particular packets in the cupboard.

Add to a bowl and stir in 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup of heated honey Bake for 15 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.

Allow to cool and then add any dried fruit you like. (I like Sultanas) about 1/2 cup of sultanas.

Store in an airtight container. It has lasted for over 2 months at my place if I’ve made a huge batch otherwise we eat it pretty quickly.

I love to eat mine with a small splash of milk and a sliced banana. It actually keeps me from being hangry until lunch time. 🤣😳

But the most gourmet, food lover way of eating it with all the feels is to use a jar of preserved fruit that you’ve made. I like Kiwi fruit or Apricots. and instead of the milk, you use the juice in the jar, granola, top with vanilla yoghurt and then some of the fruit in the jar. Mmmmmmm.
