— Cindy Bunt

Cookies in a Jar:

1/3 cup of white sugar

1/3 cup of brown sugar

3/4 cup of plain flour 1/2 tsp of bicarb soda

1 cup of chocolate chips (or cranberries and oats, or sultanas and choc chips, it's easy to sub)

- Prep all your ingredients if making more than one jar, production line style, in a line and in bowls for easy extraction.

-Get a funnel in your jar and put in order as follows:

1/3 cup of white sugar

1/3 cup of brown sugar

3/4 cup of plain flour and 1/2 teaspoon of bicarb (or just 3/4 cup of s/r flour)

1/2 cup each of white and dark chocolate chips, or which ever combination you like to do.

- Write on a card and attach:

Add 1/2 cup of melted butter and 1 egg. Mix and bake 1 tbs of mix in a 180 degree oven for 8-10 mins.

Also makes the perfect Teacher’s present, and if it doesn’t get gifted out…… come the new year, just make it for yourself. You deserve it too!

xx Cindy
